Self-concept refers to the thoughts and perceptions you have of yourself. This involves what you think of your feelings, behavior, characteristics, strengths, weaknesses, and abilities. Overall, it becomes your life story in adulthood.

What is a Negative Self-Concept?

A negative self-concept means that most of the thoughts and feelings you have about yourself are negative. It occurs as the result of early childhood experiences that have caused you to have negative beliefs about your appearance, behavior, and capabilities. Self-concepts are formed between ages 0-7 years old.

What to expect in a ThetaHealing® session?

In my experience, I've seen some Clients experience significant breakthroughs in just one session than years of doing therapy. However, it is on a case-to-case basis.
